Nice room, large and comfortable. The premises are similarly accommodating. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that the elevators are too slow. Other than that, my stay was wonderful, would definitely stay here again.
My Fiance and I stayed here this past weekend while we were in town for a volleyball game. We booked the room off Priceline, as a last minute late decision. I would not recommend this hotel. The bed linens had stains on them and the room was dusty and the sink dirty. When we called to ask to get new linens for the bed they seemed not to care that they were stained. They did bring news ones and we changed the sheet and comforter ourselves which was fine. When we woke up they had put a $10 self parking receipt under our door. $10 is not a big deal but I found it odd that this was never mentioned and slipped under our door. We are not ones to complain but I really wouldn't recommend staying here..
Nice for a short stay. No microwave or fridge in the room. 10 dollars for continental breakfast 17 for eggs bacon and so on. Beds are comfortable, very clean. Shower ran out of hot water after 5 minutes. Pet friendly.
Good location for events. Centrally located for East, West, North & South Located travellers. Well laid out. Well decorated. Expansive lobby area. A good venue for any occasion!
The rooms are lovely. The ability to regulate the heat is appreciated, the blinds kept out the light no issues. I worked remotely one morning and the free wifi provided sufficient speed to allow me to work unimpeded. The beds are comfortable, particularly the pillows, service friendly, parking accessible though busy. The location while not entirely central is accessible. We were unlucky as we arrived on a conference weekend, but I cannot fault the hotel for that. I would be happy to return to the Sheraton on another trip. In all honesty the biggest issue was the conference noise levels , and I did not check that ahead of time.
