We loved this hotel so much we stayed there 2 times in 1 month! It's in a really great location! We weren't that far from Cape Cod and from Boston. Either way was an easy drive. The kids loved the pool and the mall was very close. Very Clean. Very nice staff!
I come to the Residence Inn for work purposes usually for a week at a time. Considering it is a mere dive minutes from work it is a very convenient location for me, but more than that the rooms are spacious with fairly decent wifi. If you want to cook an occasional meal it also has a nice kitchen and includes pots and pans which is very convenient. The continental breakfast is also very decent, and I usually can find things to eat. Prices seem fair for what is included and I have never considered staying anywhere else where I visit for work.
The place was easy to find off the road, the parking was ample. However I was annoyed that the front desk clerk told me that my room was around a corridor which took me almost all the way around the building back to the front side where my room was. Maybe he didn't know the layout of the building very well. But with a bag and tow it was somewhat annoying
I was there taking care of my grandmother and everyone was courteous and helpful. Wonderful service
Very clean, friendly staff, courteous and quick to handle requests. The rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only thing that would have improved the visit would be if the main entrance doors were handicap accessible. While large enough, they had no option for automatic opening.
