Great staff, very accommodating and nice. They've seen it all, and continue their stride into the multifaceted realms of hospitality. Facilities are indeed adequate, and dozens of restaurants within walking distance, if needed. Malls, nature reserves, state parks nearby, and in regards to the metropolitan aspect, train access to Boston, metro, and beyond. Framingham central location makes it about an hour to get to major New England areas, Worcester ma, providence ri, Hartford CT, Boston ma, Nashua NH. 2 hours to New York state and Vermont. Major shopping area in vicinity
Hotel staff is very good. Breakfast is included and is good.
Nice room at a good price. Continental breakfast is basic, but sufficient. Very nice staff at breakfast buffet. Only pan was card door locks often need multiple tried to work. The British beer restaurant attached to it is a great casual place to eat.
The place is safe and the rooms are good. They even have a fitness center. The indoor pool was closed and was under construction. The beds are too soft and that may cause a problem for some people. That's a personal preference. But everything else is good, including parking and Continental breakfast.
Additionally this hotel is close to Boston. You can either drive or catch a logan express to Boston.
The hotel is big and have big and clean rooms.
It was worth the money especially for that area. It is connected to a very good restaurant that had very large portions (fish and chips was easily 2-3 meals). Breakfast was nice and the "breakfast lady" was friendly and helpful. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Not exactly the most up to date but really overall a great experience especially with the staff.
