Giant place great furniture
Great furniture selection and happy to have the store as an alternative to Jordans, but OMG their customer service is horrible. Missing hardware on an armoire required multiple calls before the general manager promised to solve our problem. He never called back until prompted. This happened multiple times, until he finally gave up and made us contact the manufacturer ourselves.
