Zero flexibility, calling into the store or going into the store are the only two options for payment which is absurd, and the manager, Dan, is so two-faced... nice to your face, but totally rude and inconsiderate of your needs as a customer on the phone. Never will rent here again. Dan harasses you and friends/family members even when I answer the phone and speak with him personally! Got 3 phone calls in a row when I couldn't answer his call, followed by my friend receiving a phone call. All within less than 5 minutes of each other! I consider that harassment. I always answer or call back and communicate what's going on - I will not and should not be bullied by a store manager. Totally unprofessional. All the staff are totally unprofessional and rude! This store should be closed.
