Went to get a remote starter for my car. They installed it incorrectly at first and the next day my cars battery was drained because my headlights wouldn’t shutoff on auto mode. Called them and next day to get it fixed and they charge me extra 65 on top of installation previously charged just for labor. Because the guy messed up the installation in first place. This place is like a scam. They rip off people. I hope this place runs out of business soon.
They have bins in the front where you.can recycle.your small electronics and they will accept your.larger electronics at the customer service desk.

GREAT SALESMAN (JOE S in appliances)..but thats where it ENDS..... Totally disgusted IN BOSTON with the level of NO SERVICE when Best Buy sends 2 non-English speaking delivery men on Black Friday to deliver and install a $2000 pair of Washer and Dryer. Not only were they not prepared, they did not have all the parts, were extremely rude and insulted my wife, did not finish the job, and now I have 50% installation, with a dryer sitting in my kitchen that does NOT function, missing accessories, and all I keep getting from the local store is "we are sorry". We are sorry does not fix this incredibly stupid mistake, we lost a full day of black Friday shopping and now waiting waiting waiting for a solution. By 9 am today SATURDAY they should have had an English speaking qualified install team to finish the job! I HOPE SOMEONE ACTUALLY READS THIS POST AND GETS US A SOLUTION TODAY!
If they have minus ratings I would have given that.

Hit two different products/departments: high end audio - Magnolia - where the service and knowledge are always superb; and the drones. The guys there knew their stuff and handily answered my scatter shot questions. I left today with two movies and a plan for a new receiver and a drone.
