Good amount of merchandise in store but most of it is overpriced. I also have yet to go there and met an associate that isn't rude. You can clearly tell that the people working there don't want to be there. Terrible customer service. Better off going to Home Depot.

I've been treated rudely here. Once asked whether they had Gorilla tape and they guy at the desk looked up and barked "its right over there!" - as if I were blind or something. From the look on his face, he realized what he said was rude, but made no effort to apologize. Once went for a piece of plumbing hardware, the guy had no clue about plumbing and couldn't answer basic questions. Stock is good, but prices are high. I try to avoid this place because of the $$$ and rudeness, but will go if time is tight or I have no other choice.
