They have a really good selection in all departments and are very organized and clean despite being a very busy store. Today I asked the manager to hold something at the register for me and he asked for me name. An hour later as I was heading out the door he said goodbye to me and used my name. It was a nice touch to make me feel welcome. Anyone on the staff I have spoken with has been very nice.
Went there for the first time today.. I immediately realized this store is very chaotic. Over the course of the one hour I spent there, I found staff extremely rude. I literally got pushed with my carriage smashing my toe as an employee pushed past me to the break area. The cashier was a total mess, didnt know how to price check, rude, no manners- no customer service skills. This store was a waste of my time besides the $130 i managed to spend. Obviously, they do not take customer service very seriously. Even the customers were rude and obnoxious- loud, getting in your way to look at something. I will stick to my homestore in a nicer town. This should be a flagship store as its located in the same town as the corporate office. BUT NO.
