Decent Kohls. I like that its behind Shoppers World with its own lot so it's a lot easier to get in and out if that's the only place you're going. Usually pretty quiet back there.
I went to Kohls in Framingham the other day for a few things. I found everything I needed without any help. There was a t shirt that I wanted to buy but my size wasn't there. So I asked one of the girls if they had more in backstop. She had her handheld computer to see and it said they had one. So she went out of her way to check dressing rooms to see if it was hanging around somewhere. When she came out, I said that's ok, no big deal. She asked me if I wanted to order it online and said sure. We went to the kiosk and did that and she put in a code for 20% off. This girl spent 15 minutes for an $8 sale!! Who does that these days? Thank you Samantha!! Top notch service with class at this store.
