Poor experience. Had two debit cards with plenty of money on them . They declined because I didn't have a credit card. Had to put the car in my mothers name and be charged double a day and if we cancelled it would have cost $50 to cancel. Poor management. Never in my life have I needed a credit card versus a debit card to book anything! Called management - no exceptions. Do not recommend ever and the lot itself is filthy !
Never go there. This location don't honor reservations whatsoever. A big chance that u not going to get a vehicle that you reserved.
Great for truck rental when you need it. Quick and simple if you book online. Never an issue but trucks could be a bit cleaner.
Extremely poor service and a terrible experience in general. Woman at the desk was very snippy and rude, gave me a lot of attitude for briefly having my dog in the car, which is allowed according to Budget's guidelines. I cleaned the car meticulously (had it for 24 hours) and she still made a comment about the dog hair, which at that point was probably from my clothes. Apparently I should have put a sheet over the seat for me to sit on too. I also asked for a compact and was given a Kia Soul, which is technically a compact but I had wanted a small car. I was told there was nothing else and nothing she could do.
I'm always at this location picking up my rental, the staff are very friendly and will work with you if needed, as much as they can of course. Yes, you need a major credit card like every other car rental place! They always have me in and out quickly. Their cars are very clean and new.
Made an already stressful experience (a very expensive repair on my own car) a million times more stressful. I'll be warning everyone I know to stay away from this place, and you better believe I won't be back. Just awful. I'd give zero stars if I could.
If you fill the tank up yourself, GET A RECIEPT AND TOP IT OFF. I filled the tank LESS THAN A MILE from the drop off location, and used my credit card and just filled it until the pump stopped. I didn't get my receipt because I assumed the full tank was enough. Apparently the 0.7 miles I drove between the gas station and the drop off location was enough to incur a 13.99 gas fee. I have read that it's dangerous to continue to top off the gas tank after the pump stops on its own, but apparently that's what Budget expects you to do.
