The service was very fast, and the sandwiches were delicious.
I recently had an issue at this location and I called to make let them know that they completely messed up the order I ordered that day. So I recently went back to use the coupons they sent me in the mail to replace the meal they messed up in the past. Since the coupon was not clear I figured the meal I wanted was covered they told me it wasn't. So I argued with them about how I believe the meal they messed up should be covered, management stopped by as well and did nothing about it. So I settled with what they wanted to give me and asked to add cheese (which they charged me for) to the sandwich. I left to go back to work, opened my meal and the sandwich they gave me had the wrong cheese on it. So not only did I complain that they are not honoring there customer value I get an incorrect order AGAIN!!!!.....Needless to say I will not be visiting Chick fil a in Framingham again...

Good chicken, very friendly and helpful staff, clean facilities. And, they have a kids play area. What more can you ask for?
I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area who needs a quick bite to eat.
Great service tonight. The woman who attended to us was genuinely sweet and took care of us. Although our order was missing something by another server, she went back to the counter to get us what we needed. She was so nice to our kids and gave us a refill on our drink. Quality service. Motivated workers. Best fast food restaurant.
The staff here are among the friendliest I have ever seen in any restaurant. Everyone working there was very lively and the cashier who served my group even came up to my table to see if anyone wanted refills on their drinks.
