I left a message for Christopher Mahoney (the owner) about a property he had listed, for a showing. He never returned my phone call. When I called again, he answered told me the property was under contract 2 weeks prior. Yet the listing was still "ACTIVE". He refused to tell me who he was at first and denied he was the owner of the company. Gave me a line about being under stress. He was rude and unprofessional. We have purchased and sold 4 homes in the past and never dealt with such ignorance. If this is your way of doing business you won't be selling many homes. I will never do business with this office knowing he owns it. If you can't tend to your homes you have listed and you own the agency you have one of your other agents mark it as "CONTINGENT". Two weeks is a bit too long. As a matter of fact, that is still listed as active after our phone call, so he really doesn't care. Must be a bait and switch tactic he uses. "I don't have that available anymore but, I can show you this" type of deal. Regardless, the way he handled the call was absolutely unacceptable! I wouldn't trust him handling the biggest sale in my life.
