YES! I had a WONDERFUL experience with this company! Dealing with a family emergency is stressful enough, but I had no worries about the taxi service. Was picked up just a few minutes after the time they said they'd be there (that's a win as far as I'm concerned) I had a quick but safe trip to the airport and on return, I booked them again and they were right there waiting for me at the curb.
Very dangerous drivers, its amazing the lengths their drivers will go to just to get around a small box truck. While at a stop light driver of van #19 went into a turn only lane ( i was going straight) just to get around me, not a huge deal no one likes being behind a truck no matter the size, but at least be curtious to other drivers and dont act like you own the road and can do whatever you want.
Always heard less than good reviews from coworkers on this cab company in Natick. Rode with them as they were the only cab waiting at the Logan Express Framingham late at night. Never again. Car smelled heavily of smoke and driver drove very erratic speeding up then slamming on the brakes the entire ride, not to mention he was very peculiar - I didn't understand half of the things he kept trying to talk to me about. Was very glad to arrive at my destination; I had him drop me off at another building in my apt complex as I wasn't comfortable with him knowing where I lived...
More than that, my driver went well beyond expected service by waiting to be sure I got inside safely and when there was a problem, he was there to help me.
Spectacular service, kind and courteous... everything I'd expect and more.
Dont waist your time ever calling this company for service extremely rude,say they will show up lie about calling your phone not reliable at all. And when you call to check the status of your order they will hang up on your face, they might as well run out of business, the worst costumer service ever, not the driver but the actually person behind the phone. Do yourself a favor if you want good service, call somewhere else.
