Olive Garden you sure have the best employee and we would come back again soon.
The minute I arrived there wasn't even a host at the booth and after she arrived she gave me a beeper and said the wait would be 5 min. Then I started to notice that 4 groups of families that arrived after me with the same amount of people in my party were called before me. I had to speak to the host in order to get a table which ruined my dining experience. And to make things worst 2 of the plates for the salad had hair on it. When my meal came out my pasta had a small piece of hair on it too. The only good thing was that the manager came out to apologize to us and she was SUPER nice.
The food is superb. The service is excellent. The hospitality staff are simply the best. Can I give more than 5 stars?
This location is constant, like most Olive Gardens. You will be in familiar territory. A satisfying experience, but the raw calorie count may be disturbing for non Americans.
We organized a dinner for 25+ moms, All of us have kids with special need. It was Friday night and usually restaurants don't take reservations for such a big party. We requested and Manager Eddy was very kind to help us out. We were not even sure of head count but when we arrived there on Friday we felt we were in the best place. We were treated very well, service was awesome. Michele Selzo was manager and Mike and Gus were our server. Michele kept checking on us. and Mike and Gus made sure we ll were take care of. 2 servers with 25 moms and 2 kids..Kuddos to you guys.
Good food, great service. Although the atmosphere was a little lacking due to the crowd of children seated next to us, that was no fault of Olive Garden. Low lighting, no dress code, amazing desert.
