I just ordered through grubhub and they were horrible. Cold pizza and sub sandwich without any sauce.
Worst place to eat called and they where very rude got my food they didn't even ask what room number I was in made me walk down stairs to get it opened up my sub it was really burnt and very greasey my girlfriends calzone was super burnt on the bottom such a waste of money you guys lost me as a customer I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to order from here
Ordered food online and proceeded to wait close to 2 hours for the food to arrive. I understand that it gets busy during lunch rush throughout the week, but delivery should not be an option if the fastest time that they can arrive in is 2 hours. If the wait is going to take as long as it did, the least they can do is tell you on the front end how long it may take. I have been in the past in person and it hasn't been as bad, but unfortunately I will not be going again.
