the most terrible experience ever. My parents address has not getting updated by their workers correctly for 3 years and they keep shutting down their account and leaving them without benefits. You can't get any copies of anything they do during the visit, all information got lost and does not show up anywhere. very bad! They don't send any paperwork and Case manager id or at lease initials.
A very good experience. I walked in without an appointment, took my number and waited just under 20 minutes to be called. The person I met with was friendly and professional. She printed the needed form, I completed it while sitting at her desk and I was out the door with my problem solved 40 minutes after arriving.
They are very understanding especially for me because I don't understand about many things but they are always their for me no matter what.

Left work early and drove 45 minutes to make it to the SSA before 4 (closing) only to find out after reaching the building that they were closed all day due to issues with their heating.
Miss D. was a great help to my husband and I. She was very knowledgeable and efficient. There was a long wait, but we went at lunch time. I went a second time by myself the next day, and I also had a very pleasant gentleman, which I did not get his name!
