After doing my research on laser hair removal I discovered this place. The facility is clean, new equipment, staff was extremely polite and knowledgeable about services. During my first appointment Gabriela explained everything in full detail, and answered all my questions. I was surprised when it was less painful even in sensitive areas.
I've been to more than a handful of laser hair removal centers, and I've never encountered a pro like Gabriela Landa, or such ease of scheduling, which Lucy orchestrates. Landa has text confirmations and reminder calls, and I don't think you can ask for a more comprehensive but easy confirmation process. The room is always clean, Gabriela's evident expertise puts me at ease, the aftercare is explained beautifully, and Gabriela remembers pointless details I mention about my life as if I'm her own kid, which she does NOT have to do, but does every session. This location has ample parking, is super simple to find, and is worth every penny. Thank you Gabriela and Lucy!
Landa Cosmetic and Spa is the best. I've been going there for laser hair removal and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I had asked friends about other spas that advertise cheap prices for laser but found out that Landa has a much better laser than the other places. I started at Landa with a Groupon, and keep coming back because Gabriella is great! Knows what she's doing and makes you feel comfortable even though the procedure can be...awkward...depending on what area you're treating. ;-) But Gabriella chats and distracts you so you don't worry about that. And I've had no pain or discomfort during or after treatments. If you're considering laser hair removal, especially in an awkward area, I highly recommend Landa Cosmetic.

The owner (Gabriella) and the receptionist are very nice. Super accommodating towards scheduling appointments and always sends reminder texts. They’re typically on time and Gabriella is very quick with your appointment. Pleasant experience!
