On the downside, everything else is priced high, and there is usually only 1 or 2 checkers because the store tries to force you to self-check.
And behind the store, there is another plaza with a Target and a Lowe's.
They have all the convenience cases with prepared dinners and cold cuts and salads and what not.
And if you need those big volumes of staple goods, there is a BJs next door.
3 items have low prices; everything else is high. 1) This location regularly has bananas for $0.39 / lb (cheaper than Costco). So if you like to make a lot of smoothies like I do, this is the best place to buy bananas. Also 2) the private label foods shown in the pics with a little rainbow flower logo are priced low on a day to day basis. And 3) the small tote bag of apples is usually priced at $0.99 / lb.
Nice updated store. Friendly employees, good meat selection and fresh produce. Love that they have the easy scan option for fast checkout!
Large selection, great prices. Best to avail of the stop and shop card for maximum discounts. The process is quick and painless and it saved me 15-20% on my groceries!
This is a decent big grocery store. They have good vegetables and a large organic section.
The store is clean and the location is convenient. Selection is reasonable. Great staff that are very friendly. Good amenities such as Dunkin Donuts and Citizens Bank. A few things hold it back from being a great market. Fruit is not always fresh or available when in season. Sometimes they have difficulty keeping things in stock, such as the Nature's Promise brand. Other times they discontinue things without warning.
All in all,you can get a lot of errands done in a relatively small area.
At the end of your trip, if you're looking for something to wash it Al down, there's a nice liquor store next door.
They have an entire boutique (?) Of fancy cheeses and spreads.
