I have known Dr Kraus and his staff for a few years now, and they are all fantastic!Dr Kraus is a charming, warm & caring person. I am rating them all 5 stars because they deserve it. It is a very busy practice & keeps things moving along. The staff is hard working & in my opinion very professional. Dr Kraus, you are the Bomb !!!
this is the most unproffessional office staff i have ever had the unfortune of having to deal with. The medical care was above par but unfortuantley the office staff is unattentive, rude, unproffesional and unwilling to do right by the patient. I was threatened by the office staff to have the police called on me due to a discussion i was having in the lobby which should have taken place in an office. I would not recommend this office to anybody. It is not worth the hassle.
