Very nice and clean store. There's tons of kids & baby stuff. The prices are good and there's a big shopping center parking lot.
As normal as any other Babies-R-Us or any other of the chain stores. The experience with the staff depend on the day and time you go in. Sometimes very helpful, others not as much as you would expect. As far as what you can find in the store, there's Nothing you might need. Multiple brands for clothes, diapers, wipes, toys, swaddles, etc. Sometimes they have great deals as buy 1 and get 50% off the second item, or a gift card if you buy a certain amount of diapers. If you look for something specific then it's better to check online to see if it's sold at the store. Chances are you'll probably find what you need or at least something similar or from another brand. I did hope it had a greater selection of toys, but I guess they want to go to their other store.
I came in the other day with my husband to pick up a high chair for my baby girl everything went well until we got to the register. This guy that was the only one there looked all miserable he wasnt even asking us if we find everything ok nothing not even for our rewards card. My husband had to take it out and give it to him otherwise the cashier wouldn thaved asked him anything . Listening to his music on his phone and giving us the looks like we were some type of aliens or something i hate this store. Not coming back i have gotten better service at other baby r us in other towns then this one worst thing ever. But i do have to say the many times i have gonne have never been like this there is always this one guy that helps me his name is Manny and he is the only one smilling there all the time.
Everything you want (and probably don't need) for your baby. You can do better online or at your local shops.
Friendly when I registered. After that, everyone acts like they do not want to be there, no eye contact, no smile. That's with several associates
