Joe and his team are best. I showed up on Monday morning without an appointment, and a car in need of much attention. They promised to fit me in, and gave me a loaner so I could get to work. They called me with the scope of work needed by noon, and by days end, I was able to collect my fixed car. If you are looking for honest, talented mechanics, Murphy's Automotive is the place. I highly recommend them.

Came in at 5:05pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend and desperately needed an inspection sticker. The service technician gladly helped me even though it was after hours for inspections and they closed in less than an hour. He was so polite the entire time and replaced my brake light that I didn't know was out and I'm sure he had other work to do. Would recommend these guys to anyone!!

This place kept my truck for 6 weeks after misdiagnosing my truck multiple times. They forced me into buying a new computer for the truck whitch cost $900 and it didnt even need it at all. It took them 6 weeks to put a harmonic balance and a camshaft seal and they wanted $1600. I could have installed those in my sleep! Keep in mind they are THE WORST at calling and letting you know what they are doing. Every single time I had to call them to check in. I drove by every day and saw the truck sitting in the back corner of the building for about 4 weeks straight! Just after I brought it there I was told by about 7 other friends of mine that they are complete idiots and couldnt even change a headlight bulb in one of there VW bugs!!! This place was nothing but stress and a flat out NIGHTMARE!!! I honestly dont know how this place even has 4.5 stars because all of Murphys workers and himself are all idiots! Save yourself the stress and time and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! They just want your money just like anywhere else BUT this place will put your vehicle LAST and leave it on the side to be worked on later. If only I had taken it to a diffrent place would it have been done sooner!
