I bought a new car from Derrick, and he was great. Very helpful and took the time to answer my questions. I had called the day before about a specific car, and the sales manager Steve was clear about pricing. He honored the quoted price when I came in the next day.
So overall the buying experience was good, but beware the gotcha at the end.
From the first interaction I had with Doug and Derrick, they were transparent and straight forward. The pricing I got over the phone was consistent with the pricing I received in the dealership. They went out of their way to find me the specific colors (both interior and exterior) and trim level that I was looking for. While they didn't initially have a vehicle on their lot with the specific trim/color combination that I wanted, they found one elsewhere and got it to their location the next day. Their pricing didn't change a penny despite the fact that I was no longer purchasing a car directly off of their lot (not all dealerships will sell you a car they have to find/get for the same price they would have sold you one off their lot).

I took off 2 stars because of my experience when I went in to sign the papers. It's a huge pet peeve for me when I'm presented with expensive options to buy at the last minute, which are only valid at the point of sale. I think this is a shady practice. No one mentioned these options when I called or came in before, so there was no time to research (esp on options like a remote starter when the car I bought already has that capability through an app) or talk with my accountant the extra spend, which is significant.
Honest, friendly, and always available for their customers. Herb Connolly is NOT your typical dishonest, misleading car dealership.
This is a dealership that truly cares about their customers and anyone buying a Hyundai would be crazy to not work with them.
Once again, I had a seamless pleasurable experience brainstorming with Peter Franklin trying to figure out what car makes most sense for me. This is the Second car I leased from him. I am very happy with my choice!

I picked the vehicle up last night (in the dark) and noticed a ding on one of the panels this morning when I did a walk around with better light. I let Derrick and Doug know about this and within 10 minutes I was already being set up to have the ding repaired.
I have gotten my last 2 cars here and the service has been great!!! Wens was my salesman. He’s great! Easy to talk to, get hold of , ask questions to... I’ll definitely come back when is time to get another car!!! Thank you so much!!!
